Unani med school, BBAU MoU for coop

Lucknow: Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University and Govt Takmil-ut-Tib School and Hospital, Lucknow, joined hands to promote mutual cooperation. The purpose of this agreement is to enhance academic and health-related activities between the two institutions. MoU was signed to promote mutual cooperation and to enhance academic and health-related activities between the two institutions.Principal of Govt Takmeel-ut-Tib School and Hospital, Dr Abdul Qavi Farooqi, highlighted features and benefits of Unani system of medicine and its relevance in today’s time, explaining how useful it could be in disease prevention and treatment as an alternative medical system.“Under this MoU, faculty, researchers and students from both institutions will be able to participate in each other’s health services, workshops, academic programmes and training sessions. Additionally, students of the university will also benefit from treatment through the Unani system of medicine,” said BBAU spokesperson Rachna Gangwar.He said the collaboration would not only foster innovation in academic and healthcare in future but also ensure a deeper understanding and practical application of traditional medical practices.
