Lucknow: A six-year-old boy was seriously injured after being struck by a speeding car in the Krishnanagar area. The child is undergoing treatment at a private hospital, while the victim’s family lodged a formal complaint with the police.According to Reshma, wife of Dharmveer and a resident of Barabirwa, the incident occurred on Monday around 9 am near the fish market in front of a private hospital, where her son was playing by the roadside. The car, driven by a woman, hit the child, leaving him critically injured. Witnesses reported that the sound of the collision drew a crowd, and the woman driver was immediately apprehended at the scene. tnn
