Pilibhit tiger pic wins award | Lucknow News
Lucknow: Photograph of a tiger from Pilibhit Tiger Reserve won award at Global Big Cats Photography Competition as part of Wildlife Week, in New Delhi. The contest saw over 1,400 entries from across the world, including more than 70 from UP. Photographer Jitendra Chaware received cash prize and four-day stay at Jagir Manor, Dudhwa. Organised jointly by International Big Cats Alliance, MoEFCC, Arts Maestro and UP Eco-Tourism Development Board, the event was attended by Union environment minister Bhupender Yadav, who also took virtual tour of Dudhwa and Pilibhit Tiger Reserves through AR–VR technology.
