Lucknow: Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak ordered an inquiry into the irregularities reported at the Chandernagar Community Health Centre (CHC) in Alambagh. The CMO was asked to submit report within a week. The Dy CM took note of media reports stating the CHC’s ultrasound machine was out of order for a year, patients were not receiving green vegetables and fruits in their meals, and the quality of food was inadequate. tnn
