Sarojininagar MLA Rajeshwar Singh on Monday inaugurated International Young Mathematicians’ Convention (IYMC–2025), organised by City Montessori School. Eminent mathematician Mahesh Kakde graced the event as the guest of honour, while Simon L Chua, a renowned mathematician from the Philippines, along with several other experts. Over 700 young mathematicians from 10 countries participated. “The true essence of knowledge is realized only when it serves humanity,” said Singh.
