Man booked for offensive post in Kakori | Lucknow News
Lucknow: A resident of Kakori, Saurabh Kumar Gautam, was booked for posting objectionable content on Facebook addressing Lord Ram and Dr B R Ambedkar, sparking religious tensions in the area.According to police, Kumar shared videos on his story that allegedly insulted Lord Ram and material opposed to constitutional principles championed by Ambedkar. The offensive content drew widespread outrage locally, prompting community leaders to approach authorities. Ravi Rajput of Bajrang Dal, Lucknow and Sunil Sharma, block pramukh of Malihabad, filed formal complaints against the accused, citing that the posts hurt religious sentiments and threatened social harmony.Kakori Police registered a case and took Kumar into custody and interrogated him.
