KGMU new batch takes Charak oath | Lucknow News
Lucknow: King George’s Medical University (KGMU) has a tradition and reputation, and students studying here are expected to carry forward this legacy, said vice chancellor Prof Soniya Nityanand while addressing the new students at the induction ceremony.The event familiarised the MBBS and BDS 2025 batch students with the history of KGMU. The vice chancellor also administered the Maharshi Charak Oath, which bound doctors to uphold the principles of medicine, prioritizing their patient’s well-being. Dr Rashmi Kushwaha advised the new students to focus entirely on their studies.
