Lucknow: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ programme ahead of Independence Day celebrations in Lucknow on Wednesday. Talking about India’s strength and capability, the CM said the world witnessed the country’s valour during Operation Sindoor recently. He appealed to every Indian to set aside their differences and dedicate themselves to the country by hoisting the tricolour.He also urged people to expose those who attempt to disrupt social unity and divide society based on region, language, caste and other ideologies. “The country is completing 78 years of independence and every Indian should have a deep sense of reverence and respect for the Constitution, national symbols, nationalism, revolutionaries and great personalities. We are witnessing this through ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ and ‘Tiranga Yatra’ initiatives called up on by Prime Minister Narendra Modi,” the CM said.He said Tiranga Yatra was an expression of our gratitude towards Mother India, great personalities, revolutionaries and brave soldiers. Tricolour, a symbol of respect and pride for the country and its soldiers, should be hoisted in every Indian home, he urged.The CM said Viksit Bharat-Atmanirbhar Bharat will be the mantra of every Indian’s life. By aligning with these resolutions, one could make the idea of a Viksit UP-Atmanirbhar UP a part of their lives and a guiding principle.During the event, the CM led the Tiranga Yatra and took selfies with youth. He was accompanied by cabinet ministers and other public representatives.
