CM meets girl on whose request road to her school was repaired | Lucknow News
Lucknow: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday met 9-year-old Shraddha Thakur, who had expressed gratitude towards him for the repair of a road leading to her school.The meeting took place in Vidhan Bhawan where the monsoon session of the Assembly is underway. A govt spokesperson said that the girl was waiting for the CM before the Assembly, and the CM had a small chat with her before heading to work. “Shraddha, a resident of Gudumba, met the CM on Jan 26 this year and requested him for the repair of the road leading to her school on Kursi Road. The CM heard her out and directed officials to immediately start the road repair work. With the work now completed, Shraddha came with her father to thank the CM on Thursday,” the official said. After her meeting with the CM, Shraddha said, “Within six months of my request, the CM got the road constructed. I have come here to thank him. He asked us about our well-being and my studies, and gave us his blessings.”
