City’s AQI above 200 for 2nd time in Nov | Lucknow News
The air quality in the city deteriorated again with the Air Quality Index surpassing 200 mark for the second time in Nov. Lucknow’s AQI was recorded at 205 on Thursday while it was 254 on Nov 5. PM2.5 concentration nearly reached 350 and above micrograms in late evening. Experts attribute increase in air pollution levels to drop in night temperatures, vehicular pollution and traffic congestion.
