LUCKNOW: A 65-year-old man from Ghaziabad was hospitalised on Thursday after allegedly consuming poison during the ‘Janata Darbar’ held at the residence of Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow.According to a statement from Lucknow Police, the incident took place at around 8:50 am when the man, identified as Satveer Gurjar, informed attendees that he had consumed poison.Officials and security personnel immediately rushed Gurjar to a civil hospital in an ambulance.Doctors confirmed that his condition is now stable. Police personnel remain stationed at the hospital and are taking further necessary action.(With inputs from agencies)
