Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has registered 208 real estate projects in the first eight months of 2025, signaling strong growth.August alone saw an all-time high of 60 registrations, reflecting a surge in activity ahead of the festive season. This momentum builds on the success of 2024, which saw 259 projects registered—the highest since RERA’s inception in the state. Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy credited the rise to improved infrastructure, transparent regulations and proactive governance. Lucknow led in project numbers while Gautam Budh Nagar dominated in investment volume and unit count. The authority now aims to enhance service delivery and ensure timely project completion.
