Lucknow: Deputy CM Brijesh Pathak and Sarojininagar MLA Rajeshwar Singh inaugurated a three-day Food & Bakery Expo-2025 at Avadh Shilpgram on Friday.Singh also submitted a policy proposal to CM Yogi Adityanath, outlining a roadmap to make Uttar Pradesh the Bakery Capital of India. He said the food processing industry would play a crucial role in achieving a $1 trillion economy goal. He proposed developing modern food processing clusters in every district, ensuring single-window clearance, simplified environmental approvals and immediate electricity connections. “This aims to boost farmers’ income, create jobs and energize industries,” he said.
