Lucknow: Delays and bottlenecks could be experienced between Nov 8 and Nov 11 while getting the sale deed of property transactions registered. The stamp and registration department stated on Tuesday that services at the offices of sub-registrars could remain disrupted for four days owing to maintenance and upgradation of information technology infrastructure and maintenance of the servers. Staff members have been asked to keep the public informed about the inconvenience that could be caused during the said period. Services would remain disrupted for a certain time during the working hours.
