THANE: A Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) functionary slapped a woman who allegedly abused her husband during a minor spat at a railway station of kalwa on Friday.A video of the incident has gone viral on social media, showing the MNS functionary — identified as Swara Kate — forcing the woman to apologise to the people of Maharashtra in the presence of several MNS workers.The incident took place near Kalva railway station, where Swara’s husband, Arjun Kate, was allegedly pushed by a woman commuter while walking on the station premises. When he asked her not to push, the woman reportedly responded with verbal abuse and a brief altercation followed.
