The event was inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, with Sushil Kumar as the guest of honour. Addressing the gathering, Brajesh spoke about the power of visuals over words and said, “When you read a story, words carry fixed meanings, but a photograph can be interpreted in many ways depending on the observer.” He continued to congratulate the participants saying, “The future of India looks beautiful, as this exhibit also features young artists who are beautifully shaping Bharat ki tasveer.

The unique exhibition brought together 56 photographs by 32 artists from across India, featuring a wide range of subjects that reflect the country’s diversity. The frames included the spiritual fervour of the Kumbh Mela, heritage icons like the Rumi Darwaza, the wilderness of Assam’s forests, rare glimpses of tigers and vultures in wildlife sanctuaries, the changing moods of the monsoon, the snow-laden charm of Gulmarg, and many more.
