Congress rally row: Man accused of abusing PM Modi arrested; to be produced in court

NEW DELHI: Bihar police on Friday arrested a man named Mohammad Rizvi for allegedly abusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi during “Voter Adhikar Yatra” in Darbhanga.According to officials, the accused is from Bhopura village in Jale assembly constituency.
