Workshop on foodgrain procurement reforms | Lucknow News

Lucknow: The department of food and public distribution, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, organised a workshop on Food Grain Procurement Reforms for UP and Uttarakhand in Lucknow on Friday.Officials stressed enhancing transparency, efficiency, and digital integration in food grain procurement. Key initiatives discussed included software like PCSAP, CFPP, CFSP, Agri-Stack, SCAN Module, and other policy reforms.The workshop was chaired by Ashutosh Agnihotri, CMD, FCI. Senior DFPD officials, including joint secretary (Policy & FCI) C Shikha, principal secretary (food and civil supplies) Ranvir Prasad and food commissioner Bhupendra Chaudhary were present. The event was part of a series of workshops being held across 18 major procuring states.
