8 killed in separate accidents in UP | Lucknow News

Lucknow: Eight persons were killed in separate accidents in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday-Friday.In the first accident, two youths were mowed down by a speeding dumper near Shastri Bridge in Prayagraj on Thursday night. While one youth came under the wheels of the dumper, another was dragged by the dumper for around 100 metres.In the second crash, two people died when a truck crashed into a tea stall in Sultanpur on Friday morning. Three others were injured. In the third accident, two youths were killed and another injured after a truck ran over them after they fell on the road following a collision of their bikes on the main road near Dohatara village in Banda late on Thursday.In the fourth accident, a woman and her minor daughter were killed when the door of their auto-rickshaw suddenly opened and they fell on the road. They were run over by a speeding truck.
