Submit voter forms by Dec 11, Sr BJP leaders urge electorate | Lucknow News
Lucknow: With the Election Commission extending the deadline for submitting voter verification forms to Dec 11, a voter awareness and outreach drive was conducted in the Rani Laxmi Bai Ward of Kesarbagh on Saturday.The initiative aimed to encourage residents to fill and submit the required forms for the ongoing voter revision process.State BJP president Bhupendra Singh, Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, and city president Anand Dwivedi interacted with households in the area to inform citizens about the importance of completing the verification process on time.To support the campaign, a meeting was held at the BJP Kesarbagh office with MLAs, party officials, campaign coordinators and mandal presidents, followed by a virtual meeting with councillors. BJP functionary Neeraj Singh was also present.Bhupendra Singh said the party was conducting extensive public outreach to ensure eligible voters complete the formalities and that an error-free electoral roll is prepared within the stipulated period. Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak stated that the goal was to assist in the preparation of a fair and transparent voter list by encouraging people to submit their forms. He said efforts were also being made to ensure removal of ineligible entries and inclusion of eligible citizens.
