Workshop models students for clay art | Lucknow News
Lucknow: A clay art workshop themed ‘Vocal for Local’ and ‘Environmental Sustainability’ brought students together, introducing them to India’s rich traditional craftsmanship and promoting eco-conscious creativity. Organised by Chitrakathi Art School in South City, the event saw students being trained in various techniques of shaping clay, colour combinations and decorating pottery.School director Ashutosh Vardhan said the students learned to create useful and decorative items from clay during the one-day workshop. He added that such activities not only enhanced students’ imagination but also encouraged them to be self-reliant.
