Lucknow: Revenue Court Computerised Management System report shows Lucknow recorded highest number of revenue cases resolved in the state in Oct. Jaunpur once again topped district-level court performance. This is the 13th consecutive time Jaunpur has been top performer in district-level court settlements as per monthly analysis.Acting on Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s directive to resolve revenue-related matters on priority, local administrations intensified their efforts towards disposal of cases. This led to increase in matters being taken up and resolved over past few months.According to the RCCMS report, 324,897 revenue cases were resolved in Oct. Lucknow district magistrate Visak G Iyer said state capital achieved highest disposal rate, resolving 15,260 cases. Prayagraj ranked second with 10,501 cases, followed by Gorakhpur with 8,165, Kanpur Nagar with 7,866 and Shahjahanpur with 7,707.Jaunpur DM Dinesh Chandra Singh said five revenue courts in Jaunpur surpassed the board’s standard monthly disposal benchmark of 250 cases, collectively resolving 480 cases, achieving a 192% performance rate. Lakhimpur- Kheri secured second place, disposing of 334 cases against the standard of 300, while Basti ranked third with 310 cases against the standard of 300.Jaunpur also topped in DM Courts, achieving 236.67% of the prescribed standard of disposals, disposing of 71 cases against the standard of 30. Bhadohi secured second place with 63 cases and Mau ranked third with 51 cases.Jaunpur topped again in the additional district magistrate (land revenue) category, resolving 184 cases against the benchmark of 50. Ghazipur ranked second with 36 cases and Mirzapur third with 24 cases.
