Yogi hails teachers’ role in nation-building | Lucknow News
Lucknow: On the eve of Teachers’ Day, CM Yogi Adityanath congratulated all teachers and highlighted their role in nation building. Yogi recalled that Teachers’ Day is celebrated to mark the birth anniversary of educationist and former President, Bharat Ratna Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. “The work he did in the fields of education and philosophy continues to guide us even today. As an ideal teacher, he was a source of inspiration for us. Education and teachers play a crucial role in the development of the society and country. Teachers guide the current generation in every field, strengthening the nation’s foundation and paving the way for positive change in society,” he said. Yogi encouraged teachers to commit themselves to improving the quality of education and making their role more effective for the benefit of nation and society.
