Lucknow: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday visited Sampurnanand Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya to review manuscript preservation efforts under the National Mission for Manuscripts. This was his third visit to the campus, where he received a traditional welcome with Vedic chants. Accompanied by vice-chancellor Prof Bihari Lal Sharma, the chief minister emphasised the importance of preserving rare manuscripts as cultural heritage. He instructed officials to accelerate preservation efforts, assuring that the Uttar Pradesh govt would provide full support. The visit underscored the state’s commitment to safeguarding India’s cultural and spiritual legacy for future generations.
