Lucknow: Students of Dr Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University had an opportunity to learn about space and defence applications as the university’s Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) hosted an event on the theme ‘Invention, innovation and technology development on high temperature materials for space and defence applications’ on Monday.The chief guest, senior principal scientist G Sreedhar from CSIR’s Central Electrochemical Research Institute, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu, spoke about the rapid progress of science and technology.He said that ISRO’s rocket engines are now equipped with special sensors that monitor pressure and fuel flow inside the engine.
