NEW DELHI: A man from Bhind district in Madhya Pradesh filed a complaint with the Chief Minister’s Helpline after he received just one laddoo instead of two in a packet distributed during Independence Day celebrations. Officials said on Thursday that Kamlesh Kushwaha, upset over not receiving the customary two laddoos at the Independence Day event in Naudha village, lodged the complaint against the sarpanch and secretary. Following the complaint, one kilogram of laddoos was purchased for redistribution, but Kushwaha refused to accept it, said panchayat secretary Ravindra Shrivastava. “Kushwaha is in the habit of doing such things. He has so far filed 107 complaints with the CM Helpline on various issues,” Shrivastava added.
